Smartphone Sahay Yojana Gujarat 2023: Gujarat Government With the intention that the farmers of the state get the maximum benefit of the assistance scheme on the purchase of smartphones among the various schemes of the agriculture department, the state government will open the I Khedoot Portal for the year 2023-24 on 15/05/2023 from 10:30 am onwards for farmers to make online applications.

Hello to all our reader friends Gujarat Government is facing various problems like climate, rain and various problems. A new smart phone scheme has been launched for the farmers with the objective of making them aware of this research and adapting to the new technology. For which Team Ojas Adda congratulates the government. Below is the information of this scheme, document list, where to apply etc.To avail of this scheme one has to apply online from ikhedut portal.


Prior approval will be given by the Taluka Implementation Officer after applying online.
Approved applications will be notified via SMS / e-mail or other means.
Beneficiaries selected for this scheme will have to purchase the smartphone within 15 days with prior approval order.
After purchasing the SmartPhone within the stipulated time, the beneficiary farmer has to sign the application form
The signed printout along with all other documents should be submitted to the Gram Sevak / Extension Officer / Taluka Implementation Officer.
After the implementation of this scheme, the bill for purchase of smartphone will have to be submitted within the stipulated time limit

Gyan Sadhana Aptitude Test” to be conducted for Gyan Sadhana Scholarship Scheme

Gnan Sadhana Scholarship Scheme:
For that, the new 'Gyan Sadhana Scholarship Scheme' has been implemented to select the bright students of Gujarat from such state and give them scholarships for studying in independent schools of their choice from class 9 to 12. In this scheme, 25,000 new bright students are selected every year and they get Rs. 20,000 and scholarship of Rs 25,000 per annum during studies from class 11 to 12.will come

It is decided to conduct the “Gyan Sadhana Proficiency Test” conducted by the State Examination Board for this Gyan Sadhana Scholarship Scheme. This test will be conducted as follows.

The application forms for this test have to be filled online at www.sebexam.org website from 11/05/2023 (03:00 PM) to 26/05/2023 (12:00 PM).

Eligibility to appear in the test:
(a) have studied in Government or aided primary schools consecutively from Class 1 to 8 and are studying or passed in Class 8;
Or
(b) under the provisions of Section 12(1)(c) of the RTE Act, 2009 to the extent of 25% of the students admitted in Class-I at that time who are studying or have passed Class-VIII,
(c) and in the case of (a) and (b) above whose income of the guardian is below the income limit prescribed for admission under Section 12(1)(c) of the RTE Act, 2009 is currently Rs. 1,50,000 (one lakh fifty thousand) and for rural area Rs. 1,20,000 (One Lakh Twenty Thousand) students will be able to take the test.

Examination Fee:-
There will be no fee for Jnana Sadhana Prakharta Exam.
Test Structure:The entrance exam will be of multiple choice and multi-purpose format ( Multiple Choice Question-MCQ Based ).
The question paper of the entrance exam will be of 120 marks and the duration will be 150 minutes.
The medium of entrance examination will be in Gujarati/English language.
The entrance exam will have the following subjects and marks.

Type of test
(1) MAT Intellectual Aptitude Test
(2) SAT Academic Aptitude Test

- In case of equal merit of the students, the State Examination Board shall have the final authority to decide the method of preparation of the selection list. – 30 minutes additional time will be available to visually impaired students.

Syllabus
:The 40 questions of MAT' Mental Aptitude Test will be of verbal and non-verbal logical reasoning. These questions will have topic based questions on Analogy, Classification, Numerical Series, Pattern Perception, Hidden Figure.
The 80 questions of the SAT Academic Aptitude Test will include Maths-20 marks, Science-20 marks and Social Science-15 marks, English-10 marks, Gujarati-10, Hindi-5 marks subjects of Class-8.
The syllabus of class-8 will be of the above subject.


Examination Center :
The test/examination centers will be decided by the State Examination Board, Gandhinagar in that taluka in the state of Gujarat according to the number of students registered for the examination and examination-oriented administrative convenience. The student has to appear for the examination at the examination center allotted by the board at his/her own expense.
Test Result and Provisional Merit List The result of this test will be published on the State Examination Board website www.sebexam.org .
The list of bright students who scored more than the cut off in the Gyan Sadhana Aptitude Test will be submitted by the State Examination Board, Gandhinagar to the Director, Office of Schools, Gandhinagar.

RTE એડમીશન ની સંપૂર્ણ પ્રોસેસ નીચે મુજબના તબક્કાવાઇઝ હોય છે.

સૌ પ્રથમ સરકારશ્રીના શિક્ષણ વિભાગ તરફથી વર્તમાનપત્રોમાં જાહેરાત આપી RTE Admission નો સંપૂર્ણ પ્રવેશ કાર્યક્રમ જાહેર કરવામા આવે છે.

સૌ પ્રથમ વાલીઓને જરૂરી ડોકયુમેન્ટ એકત્રીત કરવા માટે સમય આપવામા આવે છે.

ત્યારબાદ નક્કી કરેલી તારીખોમાં RTE Admission official website પરથી ઓનલાઇન ફોર્મ ભરવાનુ હોય છે.

ઓનલાઇન ફોર્મમા શાળાઓ પસંદ કરતી વખતે વિદ્યાર્થી જ્યા વસવાટ કરતા હોય તેની 6 કિ,મિ, ની ત્રીજયામા આવેલી ખાનગી શાળા પસંદ કરી શકાય છે.

ઓનલાઇન ફોર્મ ભર્યા બાદ આ ફોર્મ કોઇ કચેરીએ હાર્ડકોપીમા જમા કરાવવાનુ હોતુ નથી. પરંતુ જિલ્લાની કચેરી દ્વારા આ ઓનલાઇન ભરેલા ફોર્મની અને અપલોડ કરેલા ડોકયુમેન્ટની ઓનલાઇન ચકાસણી કરવામા આવે છે. જે યોગ્ય હોય તો ફોર્મ એપ્રુવ કરવામા આવે છે. જો કોઇ ફોર્મ મા ભુલ હોય અથવા ડોકયુમેંટ ની કવેરી હોય તો રીજેકટ કરવામા આવે છે.

ફોર્મ ભરવાની અને ચકાસણીની કામગીરી પૂર્ણ થયા બાદ સોફટવેર મારફતે મેરીટ તૈયાર કરવામા આવે છે. અને મેરીટ આધારિત રાઉન્ડ બહાર પાડી વિદ્યાર્થીથીઓને એડમીશન આપવામા આવે છે.

એડમીશન મળેલ વિદ્યાર્થીએ ઓનલાઇન જ ADMIT CARD ડાઉનલોડ કરી જે શાળામાં એડમીશન મળ્યુ હોય ત્યા પ્રવેશ માટે જવાનુ રહે છે.

ક્રમ દસ્તાવેજ નું નામ માન્ય આધાર-પુરાવાની વિગત
1 રહેઠાણ નો પુરાવો માન્ય આધાર – પુરાવાની વિગત આધારકાર્ડ / પાસપોર્ટ / વીજળી બિલ / પાણી બિલ / ચૂંટણી કાર્ડ / રેશન કાર્ડ / જો ઉપર મુજબનાં આધાર પૈકી કોઈ એક આધાર હોય તો , રજીસ્ટર્ડ ભાડા કરારની જરૂર રહેતી નથી . જો ઉપર મુજબનાં આધાર પૈકી એક પણ આધાર પુરાવા ન હોય તેવા સંજોગોમાં ભાડા કરાર – ગુજરાત સ્ટેમ્પ act ૧૯૫૮ મુજબ નોંધાયેલ ભાડાકરાર તથા સબંધિત પોલીસ સ્ટેશન માં જમા કરાવ્યા ના આધાર સાથેનો માન્ય ગણવામાં આવશે . ( નોટરાઈઝડ ભાડા કરાર માન્ય ગણાશે નહીં )
2 વાલી નું જાતી નું પ્રમાણપત્ર મામલતદાર શ્રી અથવા સમાજ કલ્યાણ અધિકારી , તાલુકા વિકાસ અધિકારી અથવા સક્ષમ સત્તાધિકારીનું પ્રમાણપત્ર
3 જન્મનું પ્રમાણપત્ર ગ્રામ પંચાયત / નગર પાલિકા , મહાનગરપાલિકા , જન્મ / હોસ્પિટલ નોંધણી પ્રમાણપત્ર / આંગણવાડી , બાલવાડી નોંધણી પ્રમાણપત્ર / માતા કે પિતા કે વાલીનું નોટોરાઈઝડ સોગંદનામું
4 ફોટોગ્રાફ પાસપોર્ટ સાઈઝ કલર ફોટોગ્રાફ
5 વાલી ના આવકનું પ્રમાણપત્ર જુનો આવકનો દાખલો હોય તો મામલતદાર , તાલુકા વિકાસ અધીકારી અથવા સક્ષમ સત્તાધીકારીનું પ્રમાણપત્ર માન્ય રહેશે . નવો આવકનો દાખલો એ માત્ર જનસેવા કેન્દ્ર નો જ માન્ય ગણવામાં આવશે . (તા .૦૧/૦૪/૨૦૧૯ પછીનો) . ગ્રામ્ય કક્ષાએ ઈ ગ્રામ પંચાયતનો તલાટી દ્વારા આપવામાં આવેલ તાજેતરનો ( તા . ૦૧/૦૪/૨૦૨૧ પછીનો ) આવકનો દાખલો જ માન્ય ગણવામાં આવશે
6 બીપીએલ ૦ થી ૨૦ આંક સુધીની બીપીએલ કેટેગરીમાં આવતા વાલીએ ગ્રામ્ય વિસ્તાર માટે તાલુકા વિકાસ અધિકારી અથવા જિલ્લા ગ્રામ વિકાસ એજન્સીનો દાખલો રજુ કરી શકાશે જ્યારે શહેર વિસ્તાર માટે મહાનગરપાલિકાના કિસ્સામાં નાયબ મ્યુનિસિપલ કમિશ્નર અથવા મહાનગરપાલિકાએ સક્ષમ અધિકારીનો દાખલો , નગરપાલિકા વિસ્તારમાં નગર પાલિકાના ચીફ ઓફિસરનો દાખલો અને Notified વિસ્તારમાં મુખ્ય કારોબારી અધિકારી અથવા વહીવટી અધિકારીનો દાખલો રજુ કરવાનો રહેશે . જે શહેરી વિસ્તારમાં ૦ થી ૨૦ આંક ( સ્કોર ) ધરાવતા BPL કેટેગરીના લાભાર્થીઓની યાદી ન હોય તેવા વિસ્તારમાં BPL યાદીમાં સમાવેશ થયેલ લાભાર્થીએ જે – તે સક્ષમ અધિકારીનું BPL યાદી નંબર વાળું પ્રમાણપત્ર રજૂ કરવું પડશે . BPL રેશનકાર્ડ બીપીએલ આધાર તરીકે માન્ય ગણાશે નહિ .
7 વિચરતી જાતિઓ અને વિમુક્ત જ નજાતિઓની મામલતદાર અથવા સમાજ કલ્યાણ અધિકારી અને તાલુકા વિકાસ અધિકારી અથવા બીજા કોઈ સક્ષમ સત્તાધિકારીનું પ્રમાણપત્ર
8 અનાથ બાળક જે તે જીલ્લા ની Child Welfare Committee ( CWC ) નું પ્રમાણપત્ર
9 સંભાળ અને સંરક્ષણ જરૂરિયાતવાળું બાળક જે તે જીલ્લા ની Child Welfare Committee ( CWC ) નું પ્રમાણપત્ર
10 બાલગૃહ ના બાળકો જે તે જીલ્લા ની Child Welfare Committee ( CWC ) નું પ્રમાણપત્ર
11 બાળમજૂર / સ્થળાંતરીત મજુરના બાળકો જે તે જીલ્લા ના લેબર અને રોજગાર વિભાગનું શ્રમ અધિકારીનું પ્રમાણપત્ર અને સિવિલ સર્જન પ્રમાણપત્ર

15 શહીદ થયેલ જવાનના બાળકો સંબંધિત ખાતા ના સક્ષમ અધિકારી નો દાખલો
16 સંતાનમાં એકમાત્ર દીકરી હોય તે કેટેગરી માટે ગ્રામ્ય વિસ્તાર માટે તલાટીમંત્રીશ્રી અને નગરપાલિકા વિસ્તાર માટે ચીફ ઓફિસર અને મહાનગરપાલિકા વિસ્તાર માટે તેના સક્ષમ અધિકારીનો એક માત્ર દીકરી ( Single Girl Child ) હોવાનો દાખલો
17 સરકારી આંગણવાડી માં અભ્યાસ કરતાં બાળકો સરકારી આંગણવાડીમાં ઓછામાં ઓછા 2 વર્ષ અભ્યાસ કરેલ હોય અને ICDS – CAS વેબસાઈટ પર જે વિદ્યાર્થીઓના નામ નોંધાયેલ હોય તેવા વિદ્યાર્થીઓએ જે તે આંગણવાડીમાં અભ્યાસ કરેલ છે તે મતલબનું સબંધિત આંગણવાડીનાં આંગણવાડી કામ કરનાર અથવા સરકારશ્રી દ્વારા નક્કી કરવામાં આવેલ અધિકારીનો પ્રમાણિત કરેલ દાખલો રજુ કરવાનો રહેશે
18 બાળકનું આધારકાર્ડ બાળકના આધારકાર્ડની નકલ
19 વાલી નું આધારકાર્ડ વાલીના આધારકાર્ડની નકલ
20 બેંકની વિગતો બાળક કે વાલીના બેંક ખાતાની પાસબુકની ઝેરોક્ષ
21 વય મર્યાદા જે બાળકોએ ૧ જૂન-૨૦૨૬નાં રોજ છ વર્ષ પૂર્ણ કરેલ હોય અને નીચે દર્શાવેલ અગ્રતાક્રમ ધરાવતા હોય તેજ બાળકો આ યોજના હેઠળ અગ્રતાક્રમ મુજબ પ્રવેશપાત્ર બને છે

ગુજરાત રાજ્યના શિક્ષણ અધિકાર દ્વારા તમે જે શાળા સૂચિમાં પ્રવેશ મેળવી શકો છો તે તપાસવા માટે, તમારે નીચે આપેલા સરળ પગલાંને અનુસરવાની જરૂર છે: –

રહેઠાણનાં પૂરાવા તરીકે બાળકના પિતાનાં આધારકાર્ડ / પાસપોર્ટ / વીજળી બિલ / પાણી બિલ / ચૂંટણી કાર્ડ / રેશન કાર્ડ પૈકી કોઈ એક આધાર હોય તો , રજીસ્ટર્ડ ભાડા કરારની જરૂર રહેતી નથી . જો ઉપર મુજબનાં આધાર પૈકી એક પણ આધાર ન હોય તેવા સંજોગોમાં રજીસ્ટર્ડ ભાડા કરાર – ગુજરાત સ્ટેમ્પ એક્ટ ૧૯૫૮ મુજબ નોંધાયેલ ભાડાકરાર તથા સબંધિત પોલીસ સ્ટેશનમાં જમા કરાવ્યાના આધાર સાથેનો માન્ય ગણવામાં આવશે . પ્રવેશ માટે આપ જે શાળાઓ પસંદ કરવા ઈચ્છતા હોવ તે મુજબની શાળાઓ જ ફોર્મ ભરતી વખતે તમારી પસંદગી મુજબના ક્રમમાં ગોઠવાય તે ખાસ ધ્યાને લેવું .
ફોર્મ સબમિટ કરતા પહેલા ફરીવાર ધ્યાનપૂર્વક સંપૂર્ણ વિગતો જોયા બાદ જ ફોર્મ સબમિટ કરવું . ફોર્મ સબમિટ કર્યા બાદ કોઈ સુધારો થઈ શકશે નહી.

Gujarat Class 12th Result 2022: The Gujarat Secondary and Higher Education Board (GSEB) is likely to announce the Gujarat Board HSC Results soon. As per media reports, GSEB Gujarat Board Class 12th result will be declared by end of May. Once released, candidates can check the scorecard through the official website, gseb.org.

On the home page, click on Gujarat Class 12th Result 2022 link
Enter the login details and click on submit
Your result will appear on the screen.
Check GSEB result and Check the scorecard.
Keep a hard copy for further reference
Take a printout or screenshot of the same and keep the std 10th result 2022 Gujarat board safe for future use.

Gujarat Board SSC/HSC Result 2022 Toppers
Gujarat Board of Secondary and Higher Secondary Education (GSEB) will also announce the Gujarat SSC result 2021 toppers name, rank and other details. GSEB will formally release the toppers list online along with the GSEB SSC Result 2022 publication.

The board will also felicitate the toppers of GSEB 10th result 2022. Last year, topper's details were not made available. But students can refer to the toppers of 2019 to know the highest marks scored by students.
