Dr. Ambedkar Awas Yojana: Online Application Form @esamajkalyan.gujarat.gov.in : The purpose of the scheme: Scheduled Caste Homeless, Open Plot, Uninhabitable Raw Mud and to build a house on the first floor 1,20,000 is paid in three installments. Out of Rs. 1,20,000 assistance, first installment – Rs. 40,000, second installment – Rs. 60,000 and third installment – Rs.20,000/- will be given to beneficiary.

Beneficiary should not have availed benefits under any other housing scheme implemented by the Government by the beneficiary or other family members of the beneficiary

The complete construction of the house will not be completed with the help received under Dr. Ambedkar Awas Yojana, so the construction of the building will have to be completed by adding the remaining amount to the beneficiary himself.

Annual income in rural areas should not exceed Rs.1,20,000 and in urban areas annual income should not exceed Rs.1,50,000.

In addition to housing assistance, under the Mahatma Gandhi NREGA scheme in rural areas for housing construction, 90 days unskilled employment can be obtained from the NREGA branch of the taluka panchayat as per the rules of the scheme.

Under Swachh Bharat Mission, Rs. 12,000 / – for toilet can be obtained from Taluka Panchayat in rural areas and Nagarpalika / Mahanagarpalika in urban areas.

Smartphone Sahay Yojana Gujarat 2023: Gujarat Government With the intention that the farmers of the state get the maximum benefit of the assistance scheme on the purchase of smartphones among the various schemes of the agriculture department, the state government will open the I Khedoot Portal for the year 2023-24 on 15/05/2023 from 10:30 am onwards for farmers to make online applications.

Hello to all our reader friends Gujarat Government is facing various problems like climate, rain and various problems. A new smart phone scheme has been launched for the farmers with the objective of making them aware of this research and adapting to the new technology. For which Team Ojas Adda congratulates the government. Below is the information of this scheme, document list, where to apply etc.To avail of this scheme one has to apply online from ikhedut portal.


Prior approval will be given by the Taluka Implementation Officer after applying online.
Approved applications will be notified via SMS / e-mail or other means.
Beneficiaries selected for this scheme will have to purchase the smartphone within 15 days with prior approval order.
After purchasing the SmartPhone within the stipulated time, the beneficiary farmer has to sign the application form
The signed printout along with all other documents should be submitted to the Gram Sevak / Extension Officer / Taluka Implementation Officer.
After the implementation of this scheme, the bill for purchase of smartphone will have to be submitted within the stipulated time limit

Drums And two Plastic Baskets Scheme for Gujarat’s Farmer , Scheme to assist farmers in purchasing drums as well as two plastic baskets (tubs) for multipurpose use, its is 100 % free of cost to farmers in the state of Gujarat.

Who is Eligible for this Scheme
Under this scheme, farmers of the state will be provided 200 liter plastic drums for multipurpose use as well as two 10 liter plastic Baskets kits free of cost. The benefit of this scheme will be available to all the farmers holding land in the state. One beneficiary per account (as per sample number 8-A) will be eligible for this assistance.

Beneficiary Selection Process
Based on the application received from the applicant and the supporting papers, their eligibility will be checked and pre-approval will be given within the target of limit. The Pradhan Mantri Kisan Sanman Nidhi Yojana has been announced by the Government of India as a 100% Central Assistance Scheme to help farming families as part of increasing the income of farmer...

Assistance Standard:
Rs.5000 per annum will be available to the farmer family through Direct Benefit Transfer. Which will be paid in three equal installments at intervals of four months. The first installment will be from december 2018 to 31/06/2018. The second installment will then be paid every four months....

To Check beneficiary status Correct name as per Aadhar and know about the scheme. The Government of India launched a new Central Sector Scheme, “Pradhan Mantri KIsan SAmman Nidhi (PM-KISAN)” in order to augment the income of the Small and Marginal Farmers (SMFs). The scheme was launched in February 2019.

Many measures are being taken by the Government to reach to all eligible beneficiaries under PM-KISAN. Public interfaces have been made available for self registration, checking the payment status, Correction of the name as per Aadhaar as it is being mandatory requirement of the scheme. To broaden the reach further, the PM-KISAN mobile app designed and developed by National Informatics Centre (NIC), Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology, Government of India is being launched.

Account holders who want to avail the benefit of this scheme should apply online on the portal
Apply through a service provider such as Village Computer Entrepreneur (VCE), Milk Society, Cooperative Society, any other government or cooperative organization / person.

Step 2 : Then click on ‘Beneficiary Status’ given in ‘farmers corner’ on homepage.

The applicant will have to take a printout of the form and the attached agreement along with the details and submit a copy of the check or passbook and a self-certified copy of the Aadhaar card to the data entry center for bank account details. Talati will have to collect all the details / documents. If Aadhaar card number is not available as the first installment of the first year of implementation of the scheme, then Aadhaar enrollment number, driving license, election card etc. will have to be given as identity card. But then Aadhar card as well as Aadhar seed bank account details will have to be given compulsorily.

If the person named on the land record from the land holding farming family is not in the village or does not live in the village, another adult member of the farming family can submit a contract on their behalf. For which the person making the declaration will have to mention his name and his relationship with the land holder below the contract.
Applications will be considered eligible for assistance after approval in the Gram Sabha

Hello all Farmers, The land records are being maintained for the different purposes including levy and collection of various taxes and land revenue, which was the principal source of revenue for the Gujarat states. Cadastral survey was completed in the year 1960 for the entire state. Online Varsai Gujarat (ઓનલાઈન વારસાઈ) @iora.gujarat.gov.in 

The changes of brought in records by way of updating by the land records of computerized web application – Web-Bhulekh at E-Dhara Centre of all Mamlatdar Offices. The Record of Rights – ROR copy is also available at E-Gram Centre of each villages and E-Dhara Centre of Mamlatdar Office also op.

Previously, one had to apply for offline DILR (District Inspector Land Record) office for land survey. Now, the government has measured the work online within the stipulated time frame so that millions of farmers in the state will directly benefit.

– This announcement has been made by the revenue department today by the order of the governor. In which two important circulars have been issued. We will discuss the highlights and important points of the circular which are farmer oriented.

– Applicants will now be able to make land survey applications online from the iORA portal.

– The office of land registry department will have to dispose through i Mojani application.

– Applicant on iORA portal only has to apply online. In which an automatic application form will be generated.

– You can apply online from Gram Panchayat VCE or DLR office by going to the helpdesk.

– Measurement can be done in two ways (days after payment receipt)

– Simple measurement (which will be disposed of in 60 days)

– Urgent measurement (which will be disposed of in 30 days)

– Consent sheet of area, quadrant, etc. in the measurement of shareholder’s share which has to be printed on the affidavit generated in the system and notarized and uploaded on the portal. Those who do not upload will have their fees forfeited.

The measuring fee for each application will be generated from the system on the online iORA portal. Which will have to be paid online.

Surveyor will inform the applicant by e-mail and SMS when he comes to measure

In what circumstances will the measurement fee be forfeited?

1) Occupancy of time measured on site is reversed

2) The field is full of water and cannot be measured

2) There is no access road to the farm

2) In case of breach of peace / law and order during the measurement process

3) If there is a crop in the field that hinders the measuring time e.g. If there is sugarcane, paddy and thick jagra.

2) If the applicant does not show his direct possession at the place.

-After the measurement operation the applicant will get the measurement sheet by e-mail 30 days after the applicant will be able to get the hard copy of the measurement sheet with fixed fee.

– If the applicant is not satisfied with the measurement, he can apply for objection within 6 months.

अगर आप प्रधानमंत्री किसान सम्मान निधि योजना में अपना नाम चेक करना चाहते है तो नीचे दिये गये कुछ स्टेप फॉलो करें –

1. पीएम किसान सम्मान निधि योजना में लाभार्थी अपना नाम ऑनलाइन चेक कर सकते है. इसके लिए सबसे पहले पीएम किसान की आधिकारिक वेबसाईट पर जाये।

2. वेबसाइट में होम पेज पर ही मेन्यू बार में “फार्मर कार्नर” पर क्लिक करें, उसमें बेनेफिसिरी लिस्ट का आप्शन मिलेगा. इस पर क्लिक करते ही एक पेज खुल जायेगा।

3. जिसमें ड्राप डाउन आप्शन के द्वारा अपनी जानकारी सेलेक्ट करनी है।

4. सबसे पहले जिस राज्य से आप है, उस राज्य को सेलेक्ट करें, उसके बाद जिला फिर सब-डिस्ट्रिक्ट यानि तहसील , फिर ब्लाक और गाँव का चयन करें. इसके बाद गेट रिपोर्ट में क्लिक करें।

5. अब उसी पेज पर नीचे पूरी लिस्ट खुल जाएगी, जिसमें लाभार्थी अपना नाम देख सकते है साथ ही अपनी गांव के सभी किसानों का नाम भी चेक कर सकते है ।

6. अभी हल ही में सरकार ने लिस्ट में नाम चेक करने की प्रक्रिया को ऑनलाइन किया है, जिससे किसान इन्टरनेट के द्वारा कहीं से भी अपना नाम योजना की लाभार्थी सूची में देख सकते है।
