In the last decade and a half, Gujarat has achieved a lot in industrial Sector. Many new industries are
being set up in the state. In pursuance of this, in the last 15 years, demand for professional courses
has been increased in the state. It is also necessary that more students can give their contribution in
the development of the state after the completion of higher education. In these peripherals, the
parents have limited income and due to such limited income, the parents are confused about sending
their bright children to higher education, especially in professional courses. There are lot of expenses
like tuition fees, books/reading materials and expense of lodging while traveling abroad for higher
education. Thus, in such cases it is very difficult to pay high fees with limited income of their
guardians and to pursue higher education without any financial assistance, so the students have to
take education loan.

Rules and Regulation for Interest Subsidy on Education Loan
The State Government received various proposals to provide financial support and to develop the
career of the bright and needy students in the higher education of the state. In view of the proposals
received from the State Government, it was under the consideration of the government to provide
equitable opportunities for the bright and needy students who attaining higher education...

People with a lack of academic degrees are limited to basic jobs in the services, manufacturing and
construction industries. While people with high school education can get jobs with good benefit.
Many jobs require at least diplomas, but most of the good careers require some kind of higher
education, in which some specific knowledge and experience in a certain field is necessary. Some
professional education courses are very expensive after standard 12th , so a financially weak person cannot study further.

Rules For Education Loan In Gujarat::::::
Passed class 12 with 60% or more Percentiles.
An annual gross income of parental/family upper limit must be Rs.6.00 lakhs per year (from
all sources) and not more than that.
Student must be passed standard 12 from recognized board or recognized central board and
got admission in Recognized Universities of India and abroad.
Loan must be taken after Government resolution Date:-04/07/2017 from schedule bank.
Subsidy is available up to 10 lakhs only. If applicant has taken loan more than 10 lakhs then
interest should be given on only 10 lakhs and rest of amount should be paid by applicant.
Under this scheme amount of total interest on education loan up to Rs. 10.00 lakh loan
amounts deposited on applicant’ bank loan account. Bank interest rate as per RBI guidelines.
No any other charges will pay to bank.
This is not scheme for providing education loan. Please don’t demand for education loan.
The applicant will have to fill the application form on the KCG website and submit the
Acknowledgement receipt and necessary documents to the scheduled bank. Thereafter, the
Scheduled Bank will have to send the necessary endorsement, bank loan and interest details
by sending the application to the KCG office. Offline application will not be accepted.
The applicant must be present whenever called in personal for verification of documents.
If a student is studying abroad, the student will be considered a power of attorney for the
person who has been authorized to sign the various documents on behalf of the applicant
while applying in the bank and only the father or mother of the student can sign it or
introduce it. 


If anyone else has given an authority, it will not be considered valid.
Copy of Income Certificate from competent authority (Mamlatdar / TDO certificate) and
Income Tax Return or Self Declaration Certificate (If not eligible to pay income tax).
The subsidy on Education Loan is only for Moratorium Period (i.e. Course Period plus one
year) after the period of moratorium is over; the interest on the outstanding loan amount shall
be paid by the student.
Interest subsidy will be closed if the student decides to leave and / or leave the study, or if the
loan itself is canceled by the bank.
Automatic interest subsidy will be closed even if the loan is repaid in any case.

NAS NATIONAL ACHIEVEMENT SURVEY 2017 STD 3 TO 8 QUESTION PAPERS.

NATIONAL ACHIEVEMENT SURVEY-2021

National Achievement Survey (NAS) is a nationally representative large-scale survey of students' learning undertaken by the Ministry of Education, Government of India. NAS gives a system level reflection on effectiveness of school education. Findings help compare the performance across spectrum and across population in order to find the desirable direction for improvements.

National Achievement Survey-2021 is scheduled on 12th November 2021. The National Council of Educational Research and Training (NCERT) has developed the Assessment Framework for gauging the competencies attained by the students vis-a-vis learning outcomes. The Survey goes beyond the scorecard and includes the background variables to correlate student's performance in different learning outcomes vis-a-vis contextual variables. This national level survey would be conducted by the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) as Assessment Administrator for Grade 3, 5, 8 and 10 students of State Govt. schools, Govt. Aided schools, Private Unaided recognized schools and Central Government schools. The Survey will be conducted in a monitored environment in the sampled schools. Sampling Design for NAS 2021 intends to support the predefined and agreed objectives of the national assessment, NAS 2021 intends to provide information of what India's students know and can do in key grades and subjects at national, state, district and school type. Selection of sampled schools is based on UDISE+2019-20 data. Therefore, the States, Districts used for drawing of the samples for NAS 2021 is exactly as per the UDISE+2019-20.

NAS findings would help diagnose learning gaps of students and determine interventions required in education policies, teaching practices and learning. Through its diagnostic report cards, NAS findings help in capacity building for teachers, officials involved in the delivery of education. NAS 2021 would be a rich repository of evidences and data points furthering the scope of research and development. With this in view, NAS-2021 Portal has been developed by NIC as a dynamic platform in consultation with the NCERT, CBSE, UNICEF, DDG (Stats) and NITI Aayog under the overall guidance of Ministry of Education, Government of India. This portal would be a sustainable educational management information system both for helping in smooth conduct of NAS-2021 as well as for future decision-making based on data analytics. The portal provides role-based functionality and dashboard for managing the resources (various functionaries involved in the conduct & administration of NAS), activity and event monitoring, capacity building, reporting & documentation, post NAS analytical report in the customized Formats.

Transport and escort is one of the intervention provided to children in remote habitation with
sparse population or in urban areas where availability of land is a problem and so opening of new
school is not viable. Provision of transport and escort facilities helps the children of the school less
habitation to access neighborhood school. Transport and escort facility is adapted to facilitate schooling access for children in the context of RTE Act 2009. This ensures that all children are in school even inremote, difficult hilly terrains, dangerous forest areas lacking motorable roads and public transport facilities.

6752 Home Guard Bharti Gujarat Recruitment Details :
In the state of Gujarat, 4, 6 Commissionerate areas and 22 (2) district units / zones / divisions will be recruited 2,8 honorary home guards members. The recruitment process for the recruitment of these honorary home guards members will be conducted from the office of the concerned District Commandants. Interested candidates should contact the unit office or district office of your area for recruitment. These Home guards members are to be recruited as honorary members. In which the Government will be called on important duty if required. When called on duty, as per the prevailing rules of the Government, they will be entitled to Rs.300/- duty allowance and Rs.5/- laundry allowance per day as honorary salary. This recruitment does not have to be done as a permanent employee. But honorary home guards members are to be recruited in the honorary organization. So that no rights as a permanent employee will be eligible.



Eligibility of Male Candidate to be recruited in Home Guard Force: -
Must be a citizen of India.
Must have Std-10 pass or above educational qualification.
Age should be between 18 to 30 years.
Weight should be at least 50 kg.
A Height of at least 162 Cm.
Chest at least 79 should be Cm, 5 should be able to more in Inflate chest as Cm
The applicant should not have committed any criminal act. And should not be punished by any court established by law in India.
The applicant should not be associated with any communal organization and should not have communal background.

Eligibility of Women Candidates for Recruitment in Home Guard Force: -
In case of female candidate the minimum weight should be - 50 kg.
The height of women candidates should be at least 150 cm.
Proposed Issue No. 3 (A) a , b , c , g and h remain unchanged in the qualification of the recommendation.



Home Guards Bharti Gujarat Details of Recruitment Test: -
The committee will have to conduct a physical test of the candidates to be recruited during the recruitment fair. Which will be as follows. In addition, each candidate has to pass the prescribed physical fitness test.

For male candidates
1200 meter Running Complete in 05 Minutes
Candidates who pass the running test will be eligible to get 75 marks.
Note: - (1) If the number of candidates is more then the committee decides to take 100 meter scanning test Will be able to.

For women candidates
1200 meter Running Complete in 05 Minutes 30 Seconds
Candidates who pass the running test will be eligible to get 75 marks.



The standard of selection as to which candidates to give preference to
The aforesaid physical test will be of 7 (seventy five) marks. Those who complete the test in the prescribed time in the field examination will be entitled to get full (seventy five) marks. In addition, if the citizens with the following qualifications are willing to serve in the Home Guard, they should be given priority.
N.C.C. Candidates with examination certificate will be eligible to get additional 05 (five) marks.
If the state level / national level / university level has got a certificate / medal in a sports competition, additional 05 (five) marks will be eligible.
If you have a heavy motor vehicle or light motor vehicle license and have at least two years of driving experience and a certificate in that regard, you will get an additional 05 (five) marks.
If you have passed "CCC" exam with computer knowledge, you will get extra 05 (five) marks.
Additional 05 (five) marks will be available if you have a certificate from a government recognized institute in technical skills like yoga , mechanical, electrical, office automation, automobiles and nursing trade knowledge.
Physical test will have 2 (seventy five) marks and a total of 3 marks for each of the above (i) to (v) special qualifications. There will be a test of 100 marks in total.
