Manav Garima Yojana 2022| Application Form 2022| Registration
The chief minister of Gujarat has launched Manav Garima Yojana in order to financially help schedule castes, scheduled tribes, OBC, and Backward classes of the state. Under this scheme entrepreneurship in the above-mentioned casts, individuals will be promoted in order to generate adequate income and self-employment. The government is also going to provide additional tools / equipment to socially backward classes so that they can carry on their local businesses.

These tools will be given mainly to vegetable sellers, carpenters, and persons involved in planting. Financial help will also be given of Rs 4000 to the eligible beneficiaries under Gujarat Manav Garima Yojana. With the successful implementation of this scheme, the unemployment rate of the state will go down. Gujarat Manav Garima Yojana is also going to improve the economic status of the state. You can apply for this scheme through online and offline modes.

The purpose of the Manav Garima Yojana 2022-23

Individuals who are willing to start a small business are given self-employment kits.

Terms and Conditions Of Manav Garima Yojana 2022-23

The age limit of the applicant should be 15 to 60 years.

People belonging to Scheduled Castes whose annual limit is ₹ 120,000 in rural areas,and urban annual limit is ₹ 150000

There is no income limit for the most backward castes among the Scheduled Castes.

If the beneficiary or other family members of the beneficiary have availed the benefit earlier under this scheme, the benefit is not recoverable under this scheme.

Indian Air Force (IAF) has released a notification for various posts under Agneepath Scheme. As per the notice, recruitment rallies shall be conducted at recognized technical institutes such as Industrial Training Institutes, NSQF etc. Indian Air Force will start the online applications for Agneepath Scheme as Agniveer Vayu under Intake 01/2022 from 24 June 2022 to 5 July 2022 on agnipathvayu.cdac.in. The selection test is scheduled to be held from 24 July 2022 onwards. However, the recruiting body has yet not released the vacancy details...


IAF Agneepath Scheme Job details

IAF Agneepath Scheme Eligibility Criteria 2022:

IAF Agneepath Scheme Educational Qualification

Science Subjects: Candidates should have passed Intermediate/10+2/ Equivalent examination with Mathematics, Physics and English from an Education Board listed as COBSE member with minimum 50% marks in aggregate and 50% marks in English. OR Passed Three years Diploma Course in Engineering (Mechanical/ Electrical/ Electronics/ Automobile/ Computer Science/ Instrumentation Technology/ Information Technology) from a Government recognized Polytechnic institute with 50% marks in aggregate and 50% marks in English in diploma course (or in Intermediate/Matriculation, if English is not a subject in Diploma Course). OR Passed Two years Vocational Course with non-vocational subject viz. Physics and Maths from State Education Boards/Councils which are listed in COBSE with 50% marks in aggregate and 50% marks in English in vocational course (or in Intermediate/ Matriculation, if English is not a subject in Vocational Course). 

Other Than Science Subjects: Passed Intermediate / 10+2 / Equivalent Examination in any subject approved by Central / State Education Boards listed as COBSE member with minimum 50% marks in aggregate and 50% marks in English. OR Passed two years vocational course from Education Boards listed as COBSE member with minimum 50% marks in aggregate and 50% marks in English in vocational course or in Intermediate/Matriculation if English is not a subject in Vocational Course. 
Note - 1: Candidate eligible for Science Subjects examination (on the basis of Intermediate / 10+2) are also eligible for Other than Science subjects examination and would be given an option of appearing in both Science and Other than Science subjects examination in one sitting while filling up the online registration form.

Note - 2: Education Boards listed in Council of Boards for School Education (COBSE) website as members, as on date of registration shall only be considered.

Note - 3: Exact aggregate Percentage of marks before decimal as written in the marks sheet of 10+2 / Intermediate/Equivalent Examination/Three years Diploma Course/Two years Vocational Course OR calculated as per the rules of concerned Education Board/Polytechnic Institute shall only be considered (For example 49.99% should be taken as 49% and not to be rounded off to 50%).

IAF Agneepath Scheme 2022 Age Limit

Candidate born between 29 December 1999 and 29 June 2005 (both days inclusive) are eligible to apply.
In case, a candidate clears all the stages of the Selection Procedure, then the upper age limit as on date of enrolment is 23 years.
IAF Agneepath Scheme 2022 Application Fee
Examination fee of Rs.250/- is to be paid by the candidate while registering for the online examination. The payment can be made by using Debit Cards/ Credit Cards/Internet Banking through payment gateway. The examination fee can also be paid by Challan payment at any Axis Bank Branch.


IAF Agneepath Scheme 2022 Selection Process

The selection of the candidates will be done on the basis of:
Phase - I Online Test: Online test will be objective type and questions will be bilingual (English & Hindi) except for English paper. Online test for candidates opting for both Science subjects and other than Science subjects shall be conducted in one sitting, on the same system.

Phase 2 Physical Fitness Test (PFT): Names of the shortlisted candidates, who qualify for the online test, shall be displayed on the CASB Web Portal https://agnipathvayu.cdac.in and on a stipulated date shall be called at the designated ASC for Physical Fitness Test (PFT) which would consist of 1.6 Km run to be completed within 06 minutes 30 seconds. Candidates shall also have to complete 10 Push-ups, 10 Sit-ups and 20 Squats within the stipulated time to qualify for the Physical Fitness Test.

Phase 3 Medical Test: Candidates who qualify for Adaptability Test-II shall be issued with medical appointment letters at respective ASCs for their medical examination at the designated Medical Boarding Centre (MBC) on a specified date. The medical examination shall be conducted by Air Force Medical Team as per IAF medical standards and policy in vogue on the subject issue. Medical examination would also include Baseline Investigation.
IAF Agneepath Scheme PSL 2022: The Provisional Select List (PSL) will be prepared after the completion of the selection test and the same will be displayed at all the ASCs and also on the web portal https://agnipathvayu.cdac.in on 01 December 2022

How to Apply

Online registration for the Selection Test will be available from 24 June 2022 (1000h) on https://agnipathvayu.cdac.in and will close on 05 July 2022 (1700h). Detailed instructions on how to register/fill-up application forms are available on the webportal. Candidates are to strictly follow the given instructions.

“Percentile” is in everyday use, but there is no universal definition for it. The most common definition of a percentile is a number where a certain percentage of scores fall below that number. You might know that you scored 67 out of 90 on a test. But that figure has no real meaning unless you know what percentile you fall into. If you know that your score is in the 90th percentile, that means you scored better than 90% of people who took the test.


Percentiles are commonly used to report scores in tests, like the SAT, GRE and LSAT. for example, the 70th percentile on the 2013 GRE was 156. That means if you scored 156 on the exam, your score was better than 70 percent of test takers.

The 25th percentile is also called the first quartile.
The 50th percentile is generally the median (if you’re using the third definition—see below).
The 75th percentile is also called the third quartile.
The difference between the third and first quartiles is the interquartile range.

2. Percentile Rank
The word “percentile” is used informally in the above definition. In common use, the percentile usually indicates that a certain percentage falls below that percentile. For example, if you score in the 25th percentile, then 25% of test takers are below your score. The “25” is called the percentile rank. In statistics, it can get a little more complicated as there are actually three definitions of “percentile.” Here are the first two (see below for definition 3), based on an arbitrary “25th percentile”:

Definition 1: The nth percentile is the lowest score that is greater than a certain percentage (“n”) of the scores. In this example, our n is 25, so we’re looking for the lowest score that is greater than 25%.

Definition 2: The nth percentile is the smallest score that is greater than or equal to a certain percentage of the scores. To rephrase this, it’s the percentage of data that falls at or below a certain observation. This is the definition used in AP statistics. In this example, the 25th percentile is the score that’s greater or equal to 25% of the scores.

They may seem very similar, but they can lead to big differences in results, although they are both the 25th percentile rank. Take the following list of test scores, ordered by rank:

3. How to Find a Percentile
Sample question: Find out where the 25th percentile is in the above list.

Step 1: Calculate what rank is at the 25th percentile. Use the following formula:
Rank = Percentile / 100 * (number of items + 1)
Rank = 25 / 100 * (8 + 1) = 0.25 * 9 = 2.25.
A rank of 2.25 is at the 25th percentile. However, there isn’t a rank of 2.25 (ever heard of a high school rank of 2.25? I haven’t!), so you must either round up, or round down. As 2.25 is closer to 2 than 3, I’m going to round down to a rank of 2.

Step 2: Choose either definition 1 or 2:
Definition 1: The lowest score that is greater than 25% of the scores. That equals a score of 43 on this list (a rank of 3).
Definition 2: The smallest score that is greater than or equal to 25% of the scores. That equals a score of 33 on this list (a rank of 2).

Depending on which definition you use, the 25th percentile could be reported at 33 or 43! A third definition attempts to correct this possible misinterpretation:

Definition 3: A weighted mean of the percentiles from the first two definitions.

In the above example, here’s how the percentile would be worked out using the weighted mean:

Multiply the difference between the scores by 0.25 (the fraction of the rank we calculated above). The scores were 43 and 33, giving us a difference of 10:
(0.25)(43 – 33) = 2.5
Add the result to the lower score. 2.5 + 33 = 35.5
In this case, the 25th percentile score is 35.5, which makes more sense as it’s in the middle of 43 and 33

Multiply the difference between the scores by 0.25 (the fraction of the rank we calculated above). The scores were 43 and 33, giving us a difference of 10:
(0.25)(43 – 33) = 2.5
Add the result to the lower score. 2.5 + 33 = 35.5
In this case, the 25th percentile score is 35.5, which makes more sense as it’s in the middle of 43 and 33.

In most cases, the percentile is usually definition #1. However, it would be wise to double check that any statistics about percentiles are created using that first definition.
