Regarding the above subject, it should be mentioned that in accordance with the resolution-1 of the finance department, a proposal was made to the education department by the letter dated 10/05/2019 to give the benefit of special leave to the education assistants working in the primary schools of the district / town primary education committee of the state. The proposal was rejected in the letter of reference-2 of the education department and if such leave was sanctioned in the letter of reference-3 of this office, instructions were given to recover the deducted salary leave for the same number of days. After which the matter of sanctioning special leave is under consideration at present at the level of the Government. However, it has been instructed not to make recovery from the letter of reference-4 of this office.
Name in this case. SCA No.6696 / 2020 in CA No.1 / 2020 filed in the High Court. Until a decision is taken by the High Court, the instructions given in the letter dated 13/03/2020 of this office have to be followed.
