Manav Kalyan Yojana 2023 – Human Welfare Scheme 2023
The scheme provides additional tools/instruments to economically backward sections to generate sufficient income and self-employment. This scheme has been started from 11/9/95 in place of earlier Swarojgar scheme to improve the economic condition of persons/artisans living below poverty line. In this, people from weaker sections of society whose annual family income is up to Rs.120000/- for rural areas and up to Rs.100500/- for urban areas to carry out small trades/businesses in 28 trades like fairia, vegetable seller, carpentry etc. Equipment/tool support required by businesses for augmentation is provided within the limits of the toolkit list included with Resolutions dated: 11/9/18.

Manav Kalyan Yojana Eligibility Criteria:
1 Age: 16 years to 60 years
2 Income limit:
It is mandatory for rural beneficiaries to be included in the poverty line list of the District Rural Development Department. This beneficiary does not have to submit proof of income.
