કેન્દ્ર સરકારના કર્મચારીઓ અને પેન્શનરો માટે મોટી ખુશખબર છે. 8મું પગારપંચ (8th Pay Commission) 1 જાન્યુઆરી 2026થી લાગુ થવાનું છે. નવા પગાર પદ્ધતિથી Basic Salary ₹18,000 થી વધીને ₹44,000 સુધી જશે. જોકે તેનો Full Benefit 2028 સુધી મળશે.

8th Pay Commission – Salary કેટલો વધશે?

  • હાલનું Basic (Level-1): ₹18,000

  • નવું Basic (8th CPC Expected): ₹44,000 સુધી

  • Fitment Factor (Expected): 2.46

  • DA Reset: 0% થી શરૂ થશે
