In view of the decline in business due to Corona lockdown, small shopkeepers of the country have decided to launch their own e-commerce portal soon. This decision is also significant in the sense that Reliance Jio and Facebook aim to connect small shopkeepers.

General chat chat lounge but after this all kind of goods will be sold here. An official of the Federation of Retail Shopkeepers, Confederation of All India Traders (CAIT), has claimed that the portal will be launched in 1-2 days. The organization has around 70 million shopkeepers and 40,000 trade associations. The organization says that a portal is being launched to deliver goods at home to people in lockdown.

It is worth mentioning that this portal has been running for the last 7 days as a pilot project in Prayagraj, Delhi, Jhansi, Gorakhpur, Lucknow. Which includes 800 shopkeepers. It will be launched across the country in a day or two.

E-Lala's technology partner is Global Linkers. While the help of Consumer Distribution Association and All India Transport Welfare Association has been taken. The portal will be free for traders. While customers have to pay delivery charge for this service
